Nice walk along the Clettwr with Morgan to do some Geocache Maintenance. Not really needed as the cache was OK when we got there but it gave us a chance to get out in the fresh air and for me to mobilise my sore knees... I fell over at the beginning of a 10 mile run this morning and had road rash on my knees, hands and elbow so had been sat at home feeling sorry for myself whilst the wind was blowing and I was too sore to windsurf.
